As codified in the City of Everett’s Administrative Code, Section III, Subsection I, the Library Board of Trustees is comprised of 13 persons and makes recommendations to the Director for the expenditure of the gift and trust accounts for the Everett Public Libraries.

Meetings are held in the meeting room of the Parlin Memorial Library on the Tuesday of the second complete week (i.e. the Tuesday that follows the second Sunday) of every month Agenda notices and minutes are available from the City Clerk’s office.
