The Parlin Memorial Library offers a free public notary service.
Appointments are required and spots are limited, so please call the Parlin Library at 617-394-2300 to set up an appointment. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
When coming for an appointment, please visit the Children’s Circulation Desk to let the staff know you have arrived.
Additional requirements:
- You must bring a photo ID
- Your documents must be filled out appropriately but not signed, as you are required to sign them in front of the notary
- All parties must be present
- You must have the official, proper document including the company’s logo and address
- You must have the proper affidavit that says the notary can sign, date, and stamp the document
- We are able to notarize documents in English only
